Which is why we scare. I scare, therefore I am. But why? Why must it be that way? And how exactly does it work? I mean, Krumm's dad doesn't scare. And neither do Oblina's parents. The only parent I know who scares is my dad, but what else would the great Slickis do? Maybe not every monster needs to scare?
